About Shipping

 

 

1.  All items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment.

For EMS or DHL,you need pay the aditional fee based on delivery destinations.

2. You will be notified by email with the tracking number once your package be shipped out.

3. Any items you order shall be only shipped after your payment is received by the Third Party (Bank ) We ship the item for customers through Chinapostair, EMS, DHL or Air Mail, according to actual situation .

4. As for the delivery destinations (your address) where only DHL or EMS are available, if it is the so called remote area by DHL or EMS, the additional fee shall be paid by the buyer.

5. Delivery time shall based on different countries or regions around the world.

6. We shall not take the responsibility for any shipping accidents, delays or other matters result from shipping carriers or force majeure reasons.

7.For package missed on the way to the destination, we would try our best to contact with the express company and update the latest information for you. However, there may be some delayed reply because of the time difference

Import duties 

 

1. Taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer`s responsibility.

2. Please check with your country`s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

3. According to our experience, Custom check the parcels by random, about 0.5-1% parcels will be checked and may charge some tariff.

4. In order to lessen buyer`s import tax or even exempt buyer from import tax, we shall declare the item with much less value than the actual price the customer paid for the item.

5. The lower declared value shall not reflect the total price paid by customer or the market price about the item, and perhaps shall not be suitable for those countries with different special tariff standard.

6. Usually we don't send with box to reducing the risk from customs. Please leave message in your order If you need the original box.

Return  & Exchange

1. If we send the wrong style or the wrong color, we could refund you money or reship. Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.

2. If the items can`t meet your need, we can also accept your return. The courier service freight should be paid by buyer.
